Catholic Identity

"Through these doors pass our greatest gifts ... God's children."

The staff of St. Pius X School works with our students to allow them to grow spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and socially.  It is our staff’s ministry, not our job! One of the goals of St. Pius X School is to keep the Gospel message of Jesus and the philosophy of St. Pius X alive today and into the future.  Love and respect for one another, adaptability, and open communication are our strengths. The faculty and parents embrace education and provide our students, wherever and whenever possible, with the educational tools and technology which are necessary for them to successfully accept the challenges of this century.  We believe that each child is a gift of God and is unique in his/her giftedness.  We encourage each child to use his/her talents to the fullest.

Students from Pre-K to Grade 8 are given religious education and formation according to the teachings and practices of the Roman Catholic Church. This is accomplished through daily religion classes and prayer. Outreach to others begins in our classrooms and is extended beyond the walls of our school. Service to our community is an important part of St. Pius X School. We provide opportunities for service and faith development. Through these experiences, our students develop a sense of purpose and an appreciation for their own gifts and the gifts of others.
